The Grove
This barn started life as a modest looking bungalow. Our design completely remodelled the home, as can be seen from the before and after photographs. Within a first floor extension, we designed a luxury master bedroom and ensuite bathroom accessed via an open plan staircase. Updating of roof and wall insulation took place, with a two storey glazed atria and external sawn timber cladding completing the look. |

| 89 North Wallington
In February 2009 we obtained planning permission for the extension and alteration of a 1950's split level bungalow to form this contemporary home. Our design will add 2 bedrooms and bathrooms to the first floor and a utility room and porch to the ground floor. The house will benefit from a coordinated approach to improvements which will see the energy efficiency of the house improved significantly within a striking modern design. | |

| 30 Solent Road We won approval for this extension with glazed link, following the refusal of the application by the local planning office. Taking design elements of the steeply pitched roof, plain tiling and timber weatherboarding from the existing house, we designed a modern extension to this unusual and unique home. The planning inspector liked the design and overruled the council saying: ” I consider the glazed screen would represent an attractive solution for linking the extension and house”. |

| Little Gays The owner of this unusual home was keen to retain and enhance the styling of his 1930s Art Deco house. Despite much opposition from the local planning authority we eventually secured permission for a 2 storey and single storey extension. The execution of the works and detailing is a tribute to the owners enthusiasm. We love the streamlined Miami style of this house and believe it to be one of the best Art Deco homes in the area. |
